Responsibilities
  • Perform space-based GEOINT analysis to support Foundational Military Intelligence (FMI) and baseline reporting
  • Task and exploit U.S. Government and commercial satellite collection
  • Apply OBP, SOM, and ABI methodologies to complex intelligence problems
  • Build analytic models and integrate multi-source data
  • Partner with GEOINT analysts across the IC and DoD to scope problems and shape collection strategy
  • Deliver findings through written products and multimedia briefings to senior audiences
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required 
  • PhD in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field + 5 years current GEOINT analysis experience, OR
    • MA/MS in same fields + 10 years current GEOINT analysis experience, OR
    • BA/BS in same fields + 15 years intelligence analysis experience, including 8 years current GEOINT analysis

Required Skills:

  • Expert knowledge of the full spectrum of U.S. Government and commercial satellite capabilities including tasking and collection processes and protocols
  • Expert proficiency with GEOINT tools including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, or ArcGIS
  • Experience with photogrammetric principles and techniques
  • Experience with Foundational Military Intelligence analysis and baseline reporting
  • Experience with object-based production (OBP), structured observation management (SOM), and activity-based intelligence (ABI)
  • Experience with analytic modeling
  • Ability to collaborate with GEOINT analysts across the IC and DoD on technical and substantive topics
  • Knowledge of relevant Army, NSG, and IC GEOINT policies

Desired Qualifications

  • GPC-II Imagery Certification
  • Experience with non-traditional GEOINT data sources
  • Experience with commercial visualization software
  • Experience with COTS statistical software (SPSS, SAS, MatLab)
  • Experience presenting at community forums and symposiums
