We are looking for a Fitness Manager who has:

  • Bachelors or Masters in Exercise Science/Physiology preferred
  • National Certification required (NASM or ACSM)
  • 2-4 years of personal training and program design experience 
  • CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
  • Prior business management and supervisory experience, preferably in a fitness facility or similar environment
  • Prior P&L accountability preferred
  • Excellent planning and time management skills 
  • Solid written and strong verbal communication skills including delivery of group presentations 
  • Ability to motivate, direct, lead a group, and delegate tasks 
  • Intermediate computer literacy - MS Office, email, and internet 
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions (written and verbal) 
  • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment
