Description:

@Orchard LLC is seeking an experienced Project Management Analyst to support a highly visible NOAA National Ocean Service (NOS) program. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting environmental science and compliance projects. This position is contingent upon contract award.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Technical Lead and staff by navigating compliance processes and requirements.
  • Perform detailed reviews of project awards to ensure they meet all environmental requirements and assist other representatives with the review process.
  • Lead meetings and draft award summaries regularly.
  • Provide any documentation and administrative support as needed by the program team.
  • Act as a Technical Lead to evaluate and provide input on field activities identified in project awards.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to recommend and update SOPs.
Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years or Master’s degree with at least 3 years of experience supporting environmental science, marine science, or environmental compliance programs.
  • NOAA and/or any NOAA-funded program experience is a preference.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with diverse program staff.
  • Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of environmental law and policies.
