Scientific Strategy & Executive Communications

We're seeking a PhD-level scientist who excels at translating complex technical concepts into executive-level insights. This role supports senior leadership by evaluating emerging scientific opportunities, preparing decision-support materials, and helping shape strategic priorities across a fast-paced research organization.

Responsibilities

  • Assess new scientific programs, emerging technologies, and research opportunities to identify topics requiring executive attention.
  • Develop executive briefings, presentations, memoranda, talking points, and other decision-support materials.
  • Attend scientific reviews, program pitches, and leadership meetings to capture key insights and support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate complex scientific and technical information into concise, executive-ready communications.
  • Partner with Program Managers, leadership, and subject matter experts across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, synthesis, knowledge management, and briefing preparation.
  • Improve internal processes, workflows, templates, and knowledge resources that support leadership operations.
