As a Business Analytics Lead Senior within PNC's Investment Data and Innovation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, or Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Tyson's Corner, VA; or Washington, D.C.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of a centralized investment data warehouse, delivering a governed single source of truth for investment data that supports multiple functions or business units
Design and implement scalable data architecture ensuring strong data governance, quality, lineage, and lifecycle management across the investment data warehouse
Build and oversee data pipelines supporting ingestion, transformation, and distribution from internal and external sources
Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable more complex, data driven decision making
Partner with Technology teams on domain-based data rollouts (e.g., asset master, portfolio, risk, ESG) aligned to business priorities
Influence business requirements into reusable data models and data products enabling enterprise consumption
Lead development of data-driven applications, APIs, and user interfaces to support analytics and workflow automation
Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI/ML, advanced analytics, modern data platforms) to enhance capabilities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience with Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services environments.
Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle, including investment research, due diligence, portfolio management, performance measurement, risk management, reporting, and data governance.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms.
Expertise in Oracle Database Management and Oracle-based data warehousing environments.
Strong experience with Hadoop and/or modern big data technologies including Teradata, Trino, Apache Iceberg, or similar platforms.
Experience with Data Domain Management, master data management, metadata management, and enterprise data governance.
Strong experience with API development, integration frameworks, and data services.
Hands-on experience with: SQL, Python, PySpark, Java, or ETL/ELT Development
Experience designing, developing, and implementing: Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, Machine Learning (ML) models, Generative AI capabilities, and/or Large Language Models (LLMs)
Experience developing dashboards, visualization solutions, and analytics applications using: Tableau, Power BI, Angular or comparable front-end technologies
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
