MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules based on mission requirements
  • Designing workflows, scripts, and user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform
  • Integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and data sources. Supporting ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice solutions
  • Maintaining platform stability, security, and data integrity. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents related to the ServiceNow platform
  • Creating technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Ensuring compliance with U.S. Southern Command IT policies and processes

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience might be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
  • A candidate holding a relevant Master's degree might be granted 2 years' experience credit and a candidate holding a relevant PhD degree might be granted 4 years' experience credit
  • 5 years of ServiceNow Development experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, or HRSD
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data architecture and integrations

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) OR ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • Experience supporting military or federal government clients
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes
  • Knowledge of ITIL concepts and practices
  • Experience developing custom applications within ServiceNow

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
