  4. Team Management & Talent Development
  5. Build and lead a high-caliber research team, optimize talent structure, and mentor young scientists.
  6. Establish an efficient research management system to enhance team collaboration efficiency and innovation capacity.
  7. Academic Influence Building
  8. Publish research outcomes in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, etc.) and journals to elevate the institute’s academic reputation.
  9. Expand the international academic cooperation network and lead academic events such as workshops, competitions, and seminars.
