Responsibilities

Seeking a full-time patent agent or technical specialist with 1 or more years of law firm or industry experience in patent prosecution and a advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related. Candidates should have patent prosecution work experience in some of the following; software technologies, AI, ML, cloud, and/or bioinformatics, mobile applications, databases, networking. Responsibilities include working with clients to manage patent portfolios, drafting patent applications; conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity analysis; analyzing technical documents,, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigation.
