Medical Reviewer/Safety Reviewer III (Immunology TA - Rheumatology)
Length of Contract: 6 months initial contract w/ potential for extension
Location/Site: Lake County, IL or Remote is fine

Hourly Pay Rate: $45-48/hr (depending on candidate location/benefits preference)
We are seeking an experienced Medical Reviewer/Safety Reviewer III to provide medical and scientific review support for a U.S. Medical Affairs Rheumatology team within Immunology. This consultant will play a key role in reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials for scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with medical strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive pharmaceutical medical review experience, strong Immunology expertise-preferably within Rheumatology-and hands-on knowledge of the medical review process and Veeva PromoMats. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned PharmD, MD, or scientific professional to collaborate with Medical Affairs, commercial, and cross-functional partners in support of high-impact medical communications and initiatives.
What are the top 3-5 skills, experience or education required for this position:
  • Solid experienced as a Medical Reviewer
  • Experienced in Immunology, with a strong preference for Rheumatology experience
  • Experienced in pharmaceutical Medical Review Process including use of Veeva PromoMats
Responsibilities:
Provide Medical Review consultant to support the US Medical Affairs Rheumatology (Immunology) teams. Services provided will be, but are not limited to:
  • Provides medical oversight for scientific review and approval of promotional and medical materials in compliance with corporate standards and government/industry regulations
  • Collaborates with medical leads to ensure promotional and non-promotional materials are aligned to medical strategy
  • Provides medical and scientific expertise to commercial teams to support promotional claims audiences to develop and maintain product expertise, and other initiatives as needed
  • Serves as a liaison to cross-functional teams to incorporate current medical information into departmental resources medical information into departmental resources

Qualifications:
Ideally 5-10+ years of experience with relevant educational degree, advanced degree preferred. PharmD, MD, or Master's in Biology or Chemistry.
