Dayshift Pharmacist / Health-System Pharmacy


A full-time Pharmacist opportunity is available in Southwest Florida, near the Marco Island market, with a health-system pharmacy team. This role offers the opportunity to provide medication management across patients of all age groups while supporting safe, effective, and efficient medication use.


Candidates must hold an active Florida pharmacist license. PharmD candidates with recent inpatient hospital experience are preferred, while candidates entering with a BS Pharmacy degree must have five years of professionally responsible pharmacist experience.


Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, dispense, and monitor medications prescribed for patients.
  • Support safe, rational, effective, and efficient medication use.
  • Review medication-related needs across patients of all age groups.
  • Work in accordance with applicable federal and Florida pharmacy regulations.
  • Follow professional practice standards and established pharmacy policies.
  • Directly supervise pharmacy technical support personnel.
  • Apply analytical and basic mathematical skills to medication-related responsibilities.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, pharmacy personnel, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain appropriate pharmacy practices and documentation.
  • Support quality and medication-safety standards within the pharmacy environment.

Minimum Qualifications
