Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Pharmacy Technician or Student Intern at CHI Health Mercy Council Bluffs, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience while supporting our pharmacists in delivering safe, accurate, and timely medication therapy. Every day you will assist with medication preparation, distribution, and inventory management while collaborating with pharmacists and clinical staff to support high-quality patient care.   • Prepare, fill, and distribute unit-dose medications while performing medication exchanges for designated nursing units.

  • Monitor medication inventory levels, replenish stock, and maintain order-book items to ensure medications are available when needed for patient care.
