Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Pharmacy Informatics Analyst with strong ambulatory pharmacy experience to support ongoing pharmacy technology and workflow initiatives across a large healthcare system. This individual will work closely with pharmacy leadership, operational stakeholders, informatics teams, and IT partners to improve pharmacy workflows, support Epic-related projects, and drive operational efficiency.


The analyst will support ambulatory pharmacy initiatives across the health system, helping evaluate current-state processes, identify optimization opportunities, and implement workflow improvements. Responsibilities include partnering with pharmacy leaders and operational teams, coordinating with technical teams on Epic-related initiatives, supporting workflow design efforts, and assisting with operational readiness and change management activities for new processes and system enhancements.


This person will also help navigate governance structures and approval pathways, ensuring projects move efficiently through the appropriate decision-making channels while aligning with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of ambulatory pharmacy experience, Epic Willow knowledge, pharmacy operations expertise, and informatics exposure, along with the ability to work effectively within a complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environment. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills will be essential for success in this role.
