Job Summary

Welltopia Pharmacy is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our Long-Term Care team. This position focuses on preparing multidose bubble packs for patients in assisted living facilities and group homes. Accuracy, organization, and teamwork are essential to ensuring patients receive the right medications on time.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys production work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and package medications into multidose bubble packs.
  • Accurately fill, label, and stage prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
  • Refill and maintain medication inventory for daily production.
  • Receive and process medication deliveries.
  • Assist with prescription data entry and refill processing.
  • Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation.
  • Keep workstations clean and organized while following pharmacy regulations.
  • Work closely with pharmacists and fellow technicians to meet daily production goals.
  • Help ensure all orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications

  • Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician registration (or ability to obtain).
  • Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred (retail or long-term care).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
