For over a decade, Serva Health is a premier provider of innovative technology and patient-centric support to the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries with an elite group of professionals that are smart, driven and passionate about making a difference. We are seeking a Software Engineer/ Developer to add to our growing SaaS technology development business unit. We work on exciting projects that will challenge and help you to grow your software development skills. This position will be supported by an elite team of Sr. Software Engineers who will provide guidance and mentorship for success in the role.

Specific CS/SE skills:

·        3+ yrs of professional experience.

·        BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.

·        Experience with React, Angular, or another modern TypeScript framework.

·        Understanding of modern frontend architecture and API-first/headless application patterns.

·        Experience with .NET / ASP.NET Core or comparable backend framework.

·        SQL / Relational database skills, ideally MSSQL.

·        Experience building and consuming REST APIs.

·        Experience with authentication/authorization, ideally OAuth/JWT/SSO/role-based permissions.

·        Familiarity with automated testing, especially frontend/component/integration testing.

·        Working knowledge of CI/CD, build pipelines, deployment, and production troubleshooting.

·        Experience with Git/code-review practices.

Engineering Approach & Working Style:

·        Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous product requirements and turn them into maintainable software.

·        Strong debugging and problem-solving instincts across the stack.

·        Ability to understand an existing codebase and improve it incrementally rather than reflexively rewriting it.

·        Strong sense for UX and usability, even if they aren't a designer.

·        Ability to make good architectural tradeoffs without overengineering.

·        Comfortable owning features from conception through production.

·        Excellent communicator who can work directly with product, operations, implementation teams, and other engineers.
