Position Overview

The Certified Pharmacy Technician supports the pharmacist in dispensing prescriptions, managing inventory, assisting patients, and maintaining compliance with all pharmacy regulations.
We’re looking for a team player with excellent communication, multitasking, and accuracy skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently fill and label patient prescriptions.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and medication storage.
  • Work directly with patients to answer basic questions and ensure excellent service.
  • Perform insurance processing and billing tasks accurately.
  • Support pharmacists in daily operations and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

  • Current Texas Pharmacy Technician License or Trainee registration (required).
  • National certification (CPhT) preferred.
  • Prior retail or community pharmacy experience a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
