An independent pharmacy in Detroit, MI location. with a strong focus on patient care and adherence.
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented people to join our staff. We are hiring for a Full Time Certified Pharmacy Technician for our store.
We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
This position is responsible for:
  • Accurately and promptly filling prescriptions to be checked by a Pharmacist.
  • Remind customers about their prescription refills.
  • Investigate and respond to customer service issues and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Send appropriate communication to enhance customer relations.
  • Comply with all federal, state and local regulatory agencies regarding the operation of the pharmacy.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.

Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, have a customer friendly attitude, be highly motivated to provide outstanding customer service, be proactive in assisting patients and answer phone calls.
  • Demonstrate friendliness and greet every customer and potential customer as a new member of the family.
