Field Pharmacy Technician - East Rochester, NY

Long-Term Care Pharmacy | Full-Time/Part-Time | Must Have Own Vehicle

Join our long-term care pharmacy team as a Field Pharmacy Technician serving facilities in the Southern NY and Northwest PA area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport, deliver, and restock automated medication kiosks at client facilities.
  • Ensure medication quantities, labeling, and storage comply with pharmacy and regulatory standards.
  • Pick up returns, expired items, and restock as needed based on inventory reports.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for all kiosk transactions and inventory activity.
  • Serve as the pharmacy's representative, maintaining professional communication with nursing staff and facility administrators.
  • Coordinate with the ADS (Automated Dispensing System) team to ensure timely resolution of kiosk or medication issues.
  • Complete any other task assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy Technician experience, preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable personal vehicle, required.
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs and travel between facilities daily.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay: up to $25/hr (based on experience)
  • Mileage and tolls reimbursement for all work-related travel.
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekends, unless occasionally directed by management)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
