Radiopharmacy of Indianapolis, a member of the Guardian family of pharmacies, has an exciting opportunity for you to join our rapidly growing team in Indianapolis, Indiana. We're reimagining medication management and transforming care.

Schedule: Varied days; approximately 3 days per week start time between 7-9am; 7 hour shifts with weekend and on-call required about 6-8 times a year.

Pay range: $16.00 per hour to start

Work assigned routes with time sensitive delivery requirements. Ensure all deliveries are accurate and timely. Comply with all Federal and Company privacy regulations regarding safeguarding of patient information.

Essential Job Functions (include the following): Delivering time sensitive radiopharmaceuticals to hospitals and clinics. Able to lift 50 pound containers. Working in waste room disposing of waste, cleaning delivery containers, and performing other waste room related duties. Packaging, surveying, and preparing packages for delivery Maintaining data and records Performing required calculations Performing various housekeeping/maintenance duties on equipment, facilities, and vehicles as requested by management/supervisor(s) Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed

Education and/or Certifications: High School Diploma or GED State Driver's License

Skills and Qualifications: Applicants must be 21 years old or older 2+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience) Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines Ability to solve problems with minimal direction Great attention to detail and accuracy Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate Ability to use GPS and hands-free cell phones Ability to read and follow directions/maps in English Work Environment: Requires travel by ground Ability to work flexible hours
