Pharmacy Technician & Wellness Store AssociateBe the Welcoming Face of Welltopia Pharmacy
Welltopia Pharmacy is seeking an outgoing, caring, and knowledgeable Pharmacy Technician & Wellness Store Associate to create an exceptional experience for every person who walks through our doors.
This is a unique hybrid position combining pharmacy support, front-store service, and wellness retail. You will assist with prescriptions and medications while helping customers navigate our carefully selected supplements, wellness products, and everyday health solutions.
We are looking for a genuine people person—someone who listens well, enjoys building relationships, and can make customers feel comfortable and cared for. Pharmacy experience is a plus, but candidates with backgrounds in hospitality, healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or customer service are also strongly encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
Pharmacy Support
  • Assist the pharmacist with prescription processing and daily pharmacy operations
  • Accurately enter prescription and patient information into the pharmacy system
  • Help manage prescription pickup, payments, refill requests, and insurance information
  • Receive prescriptions and confirm that required information is complete
  • Maintain organized and accurate patient and pharmacy records
  • Refer all medication, supplement, interaction, and clinical questions to the pharmacist
  • Protect patient confidentiality and follow all pharmacy policies and applicable regulations
Front Store & Wellness Support
  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
  • Listen to customers’ needs and help them locate appropriate store products
  • Introduce customers to Welltopia’s selection of supplements and wellness products without making unauthorized clinical claims
  • Connect customers with the pharmacist when professional guidance is needed
  • Process purchases, returns, and other front-register transactions accurately
  • Receive, organize, price, and display incoming merchandise
  • Monitor inventory and help keep popular products in stock
  • Maintain attractive, clean, and easy-to-shop product displays
  • Learn about new products, promotions, and wellness categories
  • Help create a warm, personalized experience that encourages customers to return
