A healthcare facility in Piedmont, SC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week contract supporting inpatient pharmacy services. This role offers the opportunity to apply your hospital pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced environment focused on critical care medication management.

Location:

• Piedmont, SC (Inpatient facility)
• Address provided onsite for contract engagement

Schedule/Hours:

• 8-hour shifts within pharmacy hours of 8:30 am to 6:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services with a focus on inpatient care
• Manage and monitor critical medications and intravenous drips
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and controlled substance regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
• Complete 1-2 full days of training modules upon start

Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina pharmacist license required
• Preferably 1-5 years hospital pharmacy experience; candidates with 2+ years preferred due to limited training time
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system is a plus
• Demonstrated experience handling critical care medications, drips, and controlled substances
• Strong clinical judgment and adherence to regulatory standards
