Staff Pharmacist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispensing & Accuracy: Safely and accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Patient Care & Counseling: Provide one-on-one medication therapy counseling, address side effects, and promote treatment adherence.
  • Clinical Services: Administer immunizations and collaborate with local healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Pharmacy Leadership: Oversee pharmacy technicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative, efficient team environment.
  • Operations & Compliance: Manage inventory, medication storage, and regulatory compliance while maintaining top-tier customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure: PharmD or RPh degree from an accredited pharmacy school with an active state pharmacist license in good standing.
  • Certifications: Immunization certification preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail or long-term care (LTC) pharmacy environments is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care.
