What are some common challenges pharmacists face when balancing clinical responsibilities with administrative tasks?

Pharmacists often juggle clinical duties such as patient consultations and medication therapy management alongside administrative tasks like inventory management, regulatory compliance, and documentation. This balance can be challenging, especially in busy settings where workflow interruptions are frequent. Efficient time management and strong organizational skills are essential to ensure patient care remains the top priority while meeting operational demands. Many workplaces support pharmacists with pharmacy technicians and use technology to streamline processes, but adaptability and communication remain key to navigating these challenges.
