Staff Pharmacist - Float
Join a retail pharmacy in Knoxville, TN where you can practice pharmacy the way it should be. We offer flexible scheduling (4x10s or 5x8s), no script metrics, strong pharmacist support, and a well-staffed technician team. If you're looking for work-life balance without sacrificing professional satisfaction, this is the role for you.
Pay Details: $57 - $69 an hour based on experience
Shift: 40 hours a week | Flexible to 4x10 or 5x8 shifts
  • Pharmacy open weekdays 8a-8p
  • Pharmacy open Sat 9a-6p | Sun 10a-5p

Daily Responsibilities for the Staff Pharmacist - Float:
  • Accurately verify and dispense retail prescriptions while providing clear, compassionate patient counseling on medications, OTC products, side effects, and adherence
  • Support daily retail pharmacy operations including prescription processing, insurance resolution, required documentation and regulatory paperwork, and supervision of technician activities to ensure smooth workflow and compliance

Required Qualifications for the Staff Pharmacist - Float:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
  • Active Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice
