Responsibilities:

  • Manage strategic projects for various departments as needed, using project management best practices including project charters, trackers, communication plans, while ensuring accountability, identifying, and tracking milestones, etc.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop project charters and trackers
  • Proactively identify of opportunities to improve project management processes across the board.
  • Become a trusted advisor to senior leaders and executives to ensure vision is clearly defined, cross-functional alignment,and prepare concepts or ideas that facilitate decision making.
  • Provides Accountable Executive with continued insight in the visibility of the business case (e.g. costs, benefits, KPIs) at the project progresses.
  • Plans activities/tasks that will deliver the desired results and oversees day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards goals. Ensures resources are optimally sourced and deployed.
  • Expert-level ability in managing all aspects of the project management life cycle for multiple projects at one time.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Business field and 8 years of experience.
  • Knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices.
  • PMP Certification Preferred
  • Fully Bilingual

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate equipment’s, tools, or controls. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, talk, or hear; sit; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and smell. The employee may lift and/or move up to 25-35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, exposed to wet and or humid conditions, and an odorous atmosphere, may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock, and occasionally work on ladders in high places, in small spaces, such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks and wet wells. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
