Job description

**Contract position** *Must be able to work a hybrid schedule at the San Francisco office* Key Competencies & Experience
  • Strong project management experience in a commercial / go-to-market environment
  • Experience in launch readiness and product commercialization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Ability to drive accountability and challenge teams constructively
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
Profile Characteristics (Critical for Success)
  • Proactive, hands‑on PM, not just a note‑taker
  • Strong business understanding of commercial operations
  • Ability to quickly grasp team objectives and interdependencies
  • Confident in leading discussions and influencing stakeholders
  • Structured and results‑driven mindset
Responsibilities Commercial Project Leadership
  • Act as the project manager for the commercial sub‑team supporting Neurona integration
  • Drive commercial launch readiness and go‑to‑market planning
  • Support development and tracking of commercial plans and deliverables
2. Stakeholder Coordination & Integration
  • Serve as a central integrator across stakeholders and teams
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders in different location and cross‑functional contributors
  • Coordinate commercial sub‑teams and ensure visibility of priorities and progress
3. Planning, Tracking & Execution
  • Build and maintain integrated commercial plans
  • Track deliverables and ensure timely execution of key milestones
  • Drive progress against launch readiness objectives
4. Governance, Accountability & Ways of Working
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across stakeholders
  • Challenge teams constructively and drive decision‑making and follow‑up
  • Act as an active partner at the leadership table (not a passive coordinator)
5. Commercial Capability Build (Integration Context)
  • Support the setup of commercial capabilities for the acquired entity
  • Coordinate the build‑out of commercial teams and structures
  • Align commercial processes with the integrated organization
6. Collaboration & Global Coordination
  • Ensure effective cross‑geography collaboration and communication
Must have
  • Bachelors or Masters
  • 5-8 yrs of experience
