Year 1: Sales Foundations + Digital Sales Rotation (Atlanta, GA)

Getting started:Sales Bootcamp

  • Kick off your journey with an intensive, instructor led bootcamp where you will learn:
  • How Visa's clients grow using our products, services, and data
  • Core sales skills including prospecting, decisionmaker identification, objection handling, negotiation, presentation delivery, and closing techniques

Year One: Digital Sales Rotation

  • Generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads, contributing directly to pipeline growth
  • Conduct client research to identify new opportunities and understand market trends
  • Support customer communications via phone, video, digital whiteboards, and webcasts
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to optimize strategies, improve processes, and ensure accurate data tracking
  • Participate in ongoing digital sales training

Year 2: Enterprise Field Sales Rotation (Various U.S. Locations)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master'sdegreegraduating May 2025 - August2026 withless than 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Must be available to start working August/September 2026 - no early or late start dates to ensure a common onboarding experience and development opportunities
  • Willingness to be onsite in Atlanta for Year 1 and in a U.S field sales location for Year 2.

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, orclientfacingroles
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, or data analysis platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL)

The estimated salary range for this positionis $79000 to $79000 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
