Summary

Seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Analytics, SAP ERP, Power BI, and SQL. The role will support Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams by analyzing operational data, developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from SAP ERP, Siemens MES, and reporting databases.
  • Build dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
  • Monitor KPIs such as:
  • Inventory Accuracy
  • Plan Attainment
  • Production Throughput
  • Cycle Time
  • Capacity Utilization
  • First Pass Yield (FPY)
  • Purchase Price Variance (PPV)
  • Perform trend, variance, and root cause analysis.
  • Support inventory optimization and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to business and plant leadership.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain Analytics experience.
  • Strong experience with SAP ERP (MM, PP, Inventory Management).
