Job description

Job Title: Intern
Location: Atlanta, GA, New York, NY, or Remote
Who We Are
Impiricus is the first and only AI-powered HCP Engagement Engine. In 2025, Deloitte named Impiricus the #1 fastest growing company in North America for their prestigious Fast 500 list. Founded by a practicing physician and a senior pharmaceutical executive, Impiricus was created to transform how life sciences companies support physicians. With our unique access to the largest opted-in network of HCPs, their insights, and clinical expertise, we are the leading provider of AI technology and real-time channels that life science companies need to deliver clear, reliable, and evidence-based resources directly into the hands of HCPs. Guided by a council of 2000+ trusted HCP advisors, we ensure every interaction is clinically meaningful, ethically grounded and leads to better patient care.
Job Summary
Impiricus is looking for motivated, curious, and driven interns to join our team. This is a general application for our internship program - we welcome candidates interested in areas such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Clinical Strategy, People, and Finance. Rather than applying to one specific opening, you're applying to be considered for internship opportunities as they become available across the company. When a role that fits your background and interests opens up, our team will reach out to discuss next steps. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing, AI-powered health-tech startup, work directly with experienced founders and leaders, and contribute to work that has a real impact on physicians and patients.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
Depending on team placement, responsibilities may include:
  • Support day-to-day projects and initiatives for your assigned team, gaining exposure to how a fast-growing startup operates
  • Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize findings to support strategic decisions
  • Assist with the creation, execution, and analysis of projects, campaigns, or product features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members across Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, or Operations
  • Help build, organize, and maintain internal tools, trackers, reports, or datasets
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and recommendations
  • Take ownership of at least one project or deliverable over the course of the internship and present outcomes to the team
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs and department

Experience:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recently graduated (within the last 12 months)
  • Any major considered; coursework or interest in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Communications, or related fields is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently and adapting quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Proficiency with standard productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Figma, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus depending on team
  • Genuine interest in healthcare, life sciences, or health technology preferred but not required

Compensation
  • $25/hr - Up to 40 hours per week

Note: This is a general/evergreen internship posting used to build a pipeline of candidates across departments. Submitting an application does not guarantee a specific role; our team will follow up if there is a match with an open position.
