Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical Company in Andover, MA is currently looking for an Manufacturing Associate I to join their expanding team.
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate I / Pharma Industry
Duration: 12 months contract, extendable up to 48 months
Location: Andover, MA
Note:
The client has the right-to-hire you as a permanent employee at any time during or after the end of the contract.

Job Description:
Quality Assurance Specialist
 
Summary:
Client is seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Andover, MA! 
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products, materials, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. 
Qualified candidates should be able to perform batch record reviews and collaborate with production teams to maintain consistent product quality.
 
Responsibilities:
Conduct batch record review
Document, review, and perform QA on the floor responsibilities
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external standards (e.g., ISO, FDA)
Participate in audits and support continuous improvement initiatives
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field
0-2 years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory standards
Effective communication and documentation skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Familiarity with quality management systems and software
Ability to gown in and out of manufacturing suites is required.
 
Location/Schedule:
This is an onsite role based in Andover, MA
Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week
