Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.
What you’ll do:
- Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling
- Assist the management team with daily store operations
- Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately
- Oversee, lead, and support store staff
- Assist and address customer concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked
- Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of retail experience
- Experience managing staff and cash control procedures
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak hours
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
