Golf Course - Golf Reservationist - Part Time - Port St. Luce, FL
We are currently hiring for a Golf Reservationist who will be responsible for answering in-coming phone calls from guests and members to reserve tee times and stay-and play packages. Welcomes guests to the golf course and promotes a positive image to the golfing experience. Create the ultimate PGA of America golf experience by determining and selling to the needs of guests inquiring via phone and website by matching our products and services to their desires.
Represent the PGA of America in the utmost professional manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Handle in-coming phone calls for golf reservations and other golf-related inquiries.
Provide "up-sell" options to customers.
Answer inquiries regarding directions and PGA Golf Club services and amenities both during phone calls and at guest check-in. Operate a multi-line phone system.
Provide a good impression to guests via telephone by being friendly and helpful.
Become a model in participating in and delivering PGA's Standards of Excellence.
Make outbound prospecting phone calls to sales leads as provided by Director of Sales.
