Starting Pay: $20-21
  • $500 Sign-On Bonus
  • Minimum $0.50 increase per certification
  • $1.00 shift differential for 3rd shift
  • Performance based increases
Shift: MUST be open to 1st and 3rd shift
Position Overview
The role is responsible for performing a range of tasks related to the sorting, inspection, and packaging of products to ensure high-quality output. This position involves physical activities such as standing for an 8 to10 hour shift, lifting items up to 50 lbs., twisting, and maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols. It also requires hand-eye coordination, being able to read and measure with a ruler and an ongoing commitment to ergonomic best practices. At PFT, your growth matters. Essential Job Functions
  • Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Able to stand, bend, grip and walk as necessary during an 8 – 10 hour shift
  • Visually inspect for any quality defects
  • Able to read and interpret a ruler
  • Foster teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision
  • Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety requirements
  • Desire to be cross trained in other areas or job duties
