Responsibilities
You drive manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and process risk management across the product lifecycle as part of the EMEA AME Center of Excellence. This role strengthens design-for-manufacturing and assembly standards, leads PFMEA governance, and partners with engineering, plants, and suppliers to enable safe, highquality, and costeffective production.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead DFM/DFA and DFAA reviews to optimize product and process designs for manufacturability, automation, quality, and cost.
  • Own and coordinate PFMEA development, deployment, and continuous improvement, including flow charts and control plans.
  • Govern PFMEA standards and APIS IQRM usage to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with global FMEA frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain core PFMEA libraries, best practices, and lessons learned to reduce risk and speed up launches.
  • Collaborate with engineering, plants, quality, suppliers, and CI teams to assess design feasibility and define standards.
  • Support new project launches and R&D initiatives to industrialize current and future products.
  • Deliver PFMEA training and perform audits to build organizational capability and FMEA maturity.
  • Promote a strong PFMEA and continuous improvement culture while ensuring HSE compliance in all activities.
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, production processes, or new product launches.
  • Working knowledge of IATF and VDA standards, including FMEA, process flow charts, and quality tools.
  • Experience with PFMEA tools and systems, preferably APIS IQRM.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 or higher) with strong communication and problemsolving skills.
