With a strong legacy in cardiovascular health, we are committed to delivering transformative solutions for patients dealing with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) or venous thromboembolism (VTE). The Cardiology (CARD) Team plays a crucial role in advancing breakthrough therapies for these conditions.
The CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) will focus on boosting sales within their designated territory and nurturing relationships with assigned clients and accounts through effective product promotion and strategic business management.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Engage with clients through both in-person and virtual interactions.
- Develop and execute effective business and territory call plans, identifying optimal engagement strategies to maximize impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in various environments, utilizing digital tools to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyze internal reports and data to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Utilize product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare providers on the value propositions of both branded and unbranded products for relevant patient populations.
- Collaborate effectively across the organization to address customer inquiries and further organizational objectives.
- Complete all administrative tasks punctually and in compliance with company standards.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience:
- Professional Sales or Promotional Activities.
- Entrepreneurial experience, such as owning a small business, along with Marketing, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- Relevant roles in Healthcare/Science (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist).
- Educational roles (e.g., Teacher, Principal).
- Full-time Military experience.
- Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company standards. Any DUI/DWI or similar citation within the past 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, or related marketing fields.
- Proven track record of success in sales or marketing, with strong territory management and communication skills.
- Experience with relevant disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- Familiarity with customers and markets within the territory (prescribers, healthcare providers, institutions, organizations).
- Reside within the designated territory boundaries.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $76,000 to $199,600. During the initial sales training period, you will be classified as a non-exempt employee eligible for overtime pay. After certification, you will transition to an exempt status. Additionally, this role includes a quarterly Sales Incentive bonus.
