Position Details:
  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week (Can vary Monday through Saturday) Sundays Off
  • Time: 6pm to 3am (Night Shift) 
  • Pay Rate: $22โ€“$28 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. 
The Fish Cutter position will perform the following duties:
 
  • Utilizes hand tools to cut fish portion control cuts to specifications.

  • Monitors quality control and sanitation.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of fish cutting experience
