Hewitt Animal Hospital is a general practice located in Florence, South Carolina focusing on wellness exams, vaccinations, microchip implantation, puppy/kitten care, senior care, in-house diagnostics and laboratory, spay, neuter, mass removal, and other general practice services. Our hospital has a compassionate, professional team and we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing exceptional healthcare for pets and to helping the people who love them make informed decisions regarding their health. We are a team who share the belief that all pets are family members and deserve the best care. We are highly skilled, well-trained, and work a schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.

We are open Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, and Saturday 8:30am - 12:00pm

Experience & Skills Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
