Medical Director DVM – Peterborough, NH

A well-established veterinary hospital is seeking a Medical Director to lead its clinical team and help guide the continued growth of the practice. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced veterinarian who is passionate about high-quality patient care, mentoring fellow veterinarians, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care, diagnostics, and treatment for companion animal patients
  • Perform routine surgeries, dental procedures, and preventative care services
  • Establish and uphold medical standards and best practices within the hospital
  • Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical staff
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning and operational goals
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure high clinical standards
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on patient care and professional development

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
