What You’ll Do
  • Greet neighbors with a friendly, pawsitively passionate attitude
  • Help a new puppy parent pick the right food—or help a regular find exactly what they always forget the name of
  • Make thoughtful product recommendations based on each pet’s needs
  • Operate the POS system, process transactions, and cash handling
  • Promote store specials, loyalty programs, and current offers
  • Stock shelves, manage inventory, and keep displays organized
  • Lift and stock bags of pet food and supplies (yes, some of them are heavy)
  • Assist pet parents with self-wash stations and explain the process
  • Restock bathing supplies and keep the store clean and welcoming
What You Bring
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, especially on weekends
