What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional phone support to clients.
  • Respond to inquiries and share information about our services and products.
  • Welcome clients warmly and accurately enter or update client and pet information.

  • Maintain awareness of the reception area and patient conditions.
  • Prepare client invoices and handle payment processing post-service.
  • Assist with over-the-counter sales of specialty merchandise and prescription diets.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, digital correspondence, and maintaining records.
