At K9 Resorts, we deliver a luxury experience for dogs and peace of mind for their owners. Our award-winning pet care resorts set the standard in boarding, daycare, and grooming—and we’re seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead operations, people, and performance at the highest level.

What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and resort team members
  • Own full-cycle talent management: hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance
  • Build a high-performance, accountability-driven culture
  • Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
Operations & Business Ownership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments
  • Ensure excellence in cleanliness, safety, and pet care standards
  • Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor efficiency
  • Maintain facility standards, vendor relationships, and inventory control
Customer Experience & Sales
  • Set and uphold 5-Star service expectations across all interactions
  • Drive revenue through service offerings, client retention, and enrollment growthPersonally resolve high-level customer concerns
