Position Overview
The Service Manager is a key leader responsible for directing daily field operations with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence. This role ensures that the production team consistently delivers high-quality results while protecting and enhancing the company's reputation. This position is responsible for managing a team of skilled service technicians, coordinating schedules, monitoring performance, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
In addition to team management, the Service Manager collaborates with sales, customer service, and leadership to ensure clear communication, operational efficiency, and alignment across departments. Success in this role is achieving service quality goals, maximize first service resolution, fostering a positive and engaged team culture, and contributing to the company's growth and reputation as a trusted leader in the industry.
As a Service Manager, you will
  • Lead a team of termite and pest technicians
  • Oversee service routes for maximum efficiency
  • Monitor service quality and metrics
  • Serve as the subject master expert on SPCB regulations
  • Resolve customer service opportunities

Requirements
  • Valid SPCB Branch 2 and 3 license
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or related advanced degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Service Management role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Verifiable references
  • Successful completion of a drug screening
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM software

Work Schedule
  • Full Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Availability on Saturday as needed
