Pest Control Technician
OVERVIEW:

POSITION:
Pest Control Technician
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Prior experience in the Pest Control or Lawn Industry is a plus but not required. We will provide comprehensive classroom and field training to ensure you feel capable and confident to excel in your position.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Providing education and service to customers on their very first visit from the company
-Detailed inspection of the residential or commercial property
-Presentation and explanation given to the customer to acclimate them to the service and company
-First service will be performed to either curatively or preventatively address any applicable pest issues
-Interaction with Customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
-Interior/Exterior Applications made with liquids, granular and dusts to residential structures
-Carry a 50lb sprayer and manage a long 30ft webber pole in addition to other application equipment
-Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services performed
-Equipment Maintenance and Repairs
-Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Ability to read and understand simple documents regarding safety, regulatory or protocol standards
-Basic mathematical skills
-A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
-Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training Program administered by the company
-Clean Driving Record
-Pass a Background Check
-Pass a Drug Screen
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSING:
All candidates must either have an existing license/certification or acquire one with the assistance of company training.
COMPENSATION:
Route Technician: Production Pay and Bonuses based off performance
*Advancement opportunities that are performance based giving each employee to advance no matter how long they have been with the company.
