What Youll Be Doing as a Pest Control Technician: Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to client concerns and providing customized pest control solutions. Apply industry-standard pest control techniques, including chemical and non-chemical treatments, in residential and commercial settings.

Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions, making proactive recommendations to clients. Utilize tools and application equipment safely and effectively to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Make smart, weather-based decisions to ensure the timing and effectiveness of treatments are optimal.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members to ensure seamless service and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of treatments, chemical usage, and service details in compliance with regulatory requirements. What Youll Bring to the Table: A valid drivers license and a clean driving record Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator Certifications (7.1 Structural Pest Control and 5.0 Aquatic & Mosquito Control preferred) , or the willingness to obtain them At least one year of experience in pest controlor a strong desire to learn and grow in this essential field Physical strength and stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks daily A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction Strong knowledge (or willingness to learn) of pest biology, behavior, and integrated pest management (IPM) practices The ability to work through all weather conditions while maintaining professional and effective service delivery Skill in operating, maintaining, and safely handling pest control equipment and chemicals A team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills Physical Requirements: Strength & Stamina: Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and handle physical tasks such as moving equipment and materials

Endurance: Walk or stand for long periods, sometimes on uneven terrain, while performing inspections or applications. Flexibility & Mobility: Bend, kneel, and reach to access crawl spaces, basements, and hard-to-reach infestation areas. Manual Dexterity: Safely and effectively operate application tools, sprayers, and baiting systems.

Weather Resilience: Work in diverse conditions, from hot summer days to cold, damp environments. Alertness & Focus: Stay vigilant during treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness, especially when handling hazardous materials. Coordination & Balance: Safely climb ladders, access roofs, and maneuver around structures as needed.
