Position: Lead Pest Control Technician / Division Builder (77316 - Montgomery / Lake Conroe)

Compensation: Tiered Base Support + Uncapped Revenue Share (Target $60,000 – $90,000+ Year 1)

Incentives: Up to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus | Up to $2,500 Relocation (Over 125+ miles)

We are launching a dedicated service vehicle in the 77316 (Montgomery / Lake Conroe) market. We aren't looking for an average route technician who is content running slow, low-volume routes. We are seeking a high-producing, charismatic, top-tier specialist in pest, rodent, and mosquito control who knows how to execute high-efficiency exterior routes and get paid accordingly.

We operate on a modern, high-volume Every-Other-Month (EOM) / Bi-monthly Exterior-First service model. By focusing on perimeter defense, mosquito fogging, and rodent box maintenance, you maximize route density and daily stop completion without waiting around for interior access. You bring the field leadership and drive; we provide an active client base, dedicated office scheduling support, fully funded equipment, and a clear path to executive growth.
