Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of an HR Coordinator:

  • Onboarding: Guide newly hired employees through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Audits & Projects: Assist with annual audits and special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR practices.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Health Insurance: Manage health insurance enrollments, ensuring employees have access to the benefits they need.
  • Resource & Backup: Act as a backup and main resource to other HR Coordinators, offering support and expertise.
  • Claims Handling: Handle unemployment and worker compensation claims with professionalism and care.
