Romex Pest Control

Romex Pest Control is expanding and looking to add Customer Success Representatives to our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with a team, and creating positive customer experiences.

Schedule and Location

  • Full-time, in-office position
  • We are currently hiring for the following schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 7 AM - 4 PM + Rotating Saturdays 7 AM - 1PM

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
  • Build trust with customers and resolve concerns or service requests
  • Provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction
  • Keep accurate records of interactions and process accounts
  • Clear daily alerts by end of day
  • Assist with account audits as needed
  • Support the Billing team with monthly collection calls
  • Process Tech Out requests
  • Resolve escalated calls
  • Work collaboratively with the team in a fun, supportive environment

Qualifications

  • Phone experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • FieldRoutes/Pest Control experience is a PLUS
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a PLUS
