Position Summary:

As a Service Technician at Advanced IPM, you will be the face of our company, providing the highest level of professionalism and ethics. The right candidate is receptive to feedback and is committed to continuous learning. They must be responsible, reliable and well organized. The key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for servicing a business and customer’s home in a courteous, safe and efficient manner.
  • Inspect client properties for pest activity
  • Address and prevent pest issues or infestations
  • Identify and communicate conducive conditions
  • Document and report services performed with clarity
  • Efficiently plan and manage your service route
  • Participate in branch meetings and training sessions
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with valued clients

Additional Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Pest control experience is a plus, but not required—we provide paid training.
  • You will be required to obtain a Branch 2 Field representative within 90 days of employment. We will provide all the necessary tools for licensing and will cover the exam fees, but only if you pass the exam. Additional specialty licenses and certifications are supported encouraged.
