Job Description:

In this role as a Branch Manager in Training, you will work alongside current branch leadership to oversee the overall growth and quality of the branch, assist with the management of profit and loss (P&L), the management of employees and customer retention, and ensure the quality of service to our customers is unmatched.

Relocation is required for this position, and we will assist with relocation accommodations.

What to Expect:

You will mentor all branch employees in skills, responsibilities, and opportunities to grow in their careers. You will build relationships with employees, including but not limited to training, scheduling, customer interaction, discipline, and incentives.

You will also interact with our customers to help determine the root of their concerns, provide answers to their questions, and demonstrate the value of the services provided.

You will be assisting the Branch Manager in maintaining profit and loss for the branch to grow financially, while also helping to expand the service type capability of the branch.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 2+ years of operations, branch management, or other types of leadership experience
  • Customer-facing and sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Preferred:

  • Previous pest control experience
  • Being licensed in pest control

Requirements:

  • You must have a current valid driver's license
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
