Responsibilities
- Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively.
- Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers.
- Maintain accurate service records using company software.
- Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally.
- Follow all state regulations and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in lawn fertilization, Lawn amp; Ornamental (Lamp;O), and/or General Household Pest (GHP) services preferred.
- Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred.
- Valid driver#39;s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
