Job Summary: MD Landscaping is looking to add experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to our team. This role is responsible for servicing residential and commercial properties while achieving overseeing maintenance, quality control, and training.
We are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for qualified applicants!
Responsibilities:
  • Train new crew members on responsibilities while conducting their route
  • Lead weekly safety training and propose topics when inconsistency is identified within crews
  • Lead and manage crews in preparation and execution of daily tasks
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative to improve inefficiencies and quality
  • Perform and execute monthly inventory of all tools and supplies for trucks and trailers
  • Verify all equipment needed is on the vehicle at the beginning of every shift
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment for safety, cleanliness, and organization on a weekly basis
  • Conduct daily route of client properties on schedule
  • Conduct initial and post completion property walks
  • Knowledge of basic chemical application
  • Maintain communication between crew and leadership
  • Seasonal snow duties as assigned

Experience:
  • 3+yrs of crew lead/foreman experience (preferred)
  • 5+yrs of field experience (preferred)
  • valid driver's license
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
  • strong horticulture, pest, and disease knowledge
  • previous experience operating truck and trailer, box trucks, maintenance equipment, and snowplows
