As a Customer Service Representative at Palisade, you'll be the face of our commitment to service excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Proven success in delivering top-tier customer service and resolving customer issues.
  • Skills: A detail-oriented self-starter with excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Mac, Google, Outlook, Email, Office Suite, and experience with accounts receivable, billing systems, and CRM software.
  • Legal Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
